The most common reason you cannot see the Virtual Tour is because you do not
have the Java Runtime Environment installed on your machine. You will need
to download and install the Java Runtime Environment. Here's what you do:
1. Click on the link below - it will open in a new window.
2. About half way down the page, look for
Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6u1
3. Click on the button to the right
4. Click on the Accept bullet
5. Click on Windows Offline Installation, Multi-Language
